When we decided to buy a home, Troy was a perfect Broker for us. He was very knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, always gave us a quick response, was never pushing and very pleasant to work with. All these qualities made him stand tall versus others. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing Broker services. I would advise buyer to do their homework as well and then work in collaboration with the Broker as a team to maximize results.

We were incredibly lucky to have found Troy. His knowledge and expertise over the last few months have had the best results we could have imagined. We met Troy when we began to look for a new home. After answering our every request to view a home over several months, he gave us educated feedback about each house and was incredibly patient. Eventually we decided to sell our existing house, which Troy did in under a week, and a couple of months later the perfect new home came along which he helped us secure seamlessly. I trust him whole heartedly and he made what was essentially the largest transaction we will ever make feel safe, transparent, and problem free.

When looking for an agent, you want three things- strong communication, expert knowledge, and availability. Troy delivers all three of these things in spades. I initially worked with Troy six months prior to buying and ended up waiting for the market to cool off. When I decided it was time to try again, Troy jumped right back in despite the six-month gap and his commitment to helping me find a home didn’t change at all. He was available at all hours to answer questions (even the same question multiple times!), to put together offers within hours, and to scheduled tours. From every step of the process from looking for properties to handing off the keys, Troy’s advice and knowledge proved to be on point and essential to buying the right home. Whether my questions were about financing, legal speak in contracts, or understanding the process itself, Troy had an answer or a resource. His no BS approach was refreshing, and I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed to make any decisions. I also like to move quickly which has proved to be essential in the market. As soon as I found places I liked, Troy called within minutes to discuss strategy and get an offer drafted almost immediately. Not many people can keep my pace, but Troy had no issues and never left me hanging on a call, text, or email. As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent experience than working with Troy. With how hot the market is in the Greater Seattle area and how fast everything moves it can get very overwhelming. Troy was there for me throughout the entire process by being very responsive during Mother’s Day weekend and clearly explaining every step along the buying process. We toured three condos together and at the end of it all, I got my number one choice of the three. I highly recommend his services and would work with him again in the future.

Troy was great to work with! I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for when I started this process, but he kept me positive that we would find the right place. It was my first time buying a home (and in Seattle no less!) so there were a million things to stress about but my realtor wasn't one of them. Troy brought a solid understanding of the local neighborhoods and offer techniques but always kept my interests and priorities in mind. He was always prompt responding to my questions, doing so truthfully and going above and beyond to find answers when he didn't have one on-hand.

We visited close to 30 houses in less than a month and Troy's organization skills came to the fore as he was always prepared and had a plan before I even stepped into his car to visit what was at times as many as 6-7 viewings in one session. I'm a first-time home buyer in the US and Troy was instrumental in guiding me through all the nuances of buying a home in WA and offered sage advice during negotiation. His guidance and follow-through didn't stop when I purchased the property, he's been actively involved in follow-ups with the sellers when needed and in providing recommendations/advice after the close, while being as responsive as he's been throughout the process. Buying a home these days (especially when you have hard-set criteria like me) isn't an easy endeavor and Troy managed to make the whole process fun.

I am an alien resident in the U.S. and Andrea helped us to buy our first home here. Andrea helps us since day to find the perfect home for our family. We were looking on different neighbors and she found a place that we loved. Even though two previous homes that we liked and put an offer on (but didn't love as much as the one we bought) and finally other higher bids got the houses, but Andrea always gives us confidence that the perfect place was going to come at the right time and finally it was.
